DELIVERY
1) Order the production of menus and production accessories. - time of delivery is approximately 3 weeks. 2) E-shop - orders ready menus and accessories from the stock - time of delivery is approximately 8-10 days.

PAYMENT
The amount of payment will be announced by e-mail (in estimates). The actual amount you can check at any time by phone or email. 1) Payment orders for the production of menus and production accessories Payment is made upon written approval of price calculations and graphic design at 40% off your order. The production of ordered products begins after the manufacturer paid the required amount. The remaining amount will be paid upon delivery of goods.
2) Payment for orders prepared menu cards and accessories e-shop Payment is made upon written approval of the price calculations on full price orders.

The customer acquires title to the goods until payment of the purchase price of the in full.
RIGHTS OF GASTRO PALAZZO GASTRO PALAZZO reserves the right to place their own logo on the back of the ticket.
PRICE CALCULATION
Prices are shown for 1 piece of a product without VAT. The price must include 19% VAT. Current price list of products is listed on the website www.gastro-palazzo.eu (section or section lists products - for each individual product is given its price list).

SENDING SAMPLES PRODUCTS
Sending samples of products ( finished the menu card) is charged amount ( see current price list for procuct samples). The amount depends on the number of selected products.

Produce 1 piece of name card according to your wishes
Required menus can be manufactured in one piece as a demonstration to customer. The production of one piece menus will be charged a uniform price of 30,- € + 10,- € courier service (shipping and handling). The invoiced amount will be refunded to the account as a credit note after returning samples to the headquarters of our company. A sample product will be sent cash on delivery on your postal address in the document.
DISCOUNTS
When ordering 40 or more pieces of product (menu / cash-boxes / hotel cards) production of matrix and stamping of logo is FREE.
WARRANTY AND RECLAMATION
Customer begins to apply the guarantee date of receipt of goods from manufacturer. Each product has a guarantee of 24 months. The manufacturer is responsible for all product defects, which is in receipt of goods to customers or that occur during the warranty period. This does not apply to damages caused by the unsparing and inappropriate treatment or mechanical damage. Settlement of a claim is be claimed in writing (by post or delivered personally). Transport costs are borne by the customer to us, back to the customer, we pay it ourselves.
The product must be delivered to the address location GASTRO PALAZZO, Šoltesovej 13 in Bratislava. It necessary to attach a description of the defect, purchasing a copy of the document (invoice) and contact details for you. Each settlement of a claim is handled without delay and the customer is informed of the course. The product will be assessed directly by the manufacturer. Settlement of a claim will be handled at the latest within 30 working days.
Minimum variaton of colours and sizes are possible. All products are the result of manual labor.

Production of matrixes logo is a lump sum fee 45,- € for orders up to 40 pieces of products (it the logo is standard size), stamping the logo is 1,32,- €. When ordering or more of the products is the manufacture and stamping dies logo FREE.
The standard size of the logo are: to about 50 cm2. Non-standard dimensions of the logo is larger than a standard format. Coinage logo depends on the size of the logo.
Coinage logo is charged: -- 1,32,- € per 1 piece logo standard formats -- 2,- € per 1 piece logo non-standard formats Products can be manufactured without the logo, so you do not pay for matrix and stamping. Universal logo where the matrix is ready in stock (menu and beverage card, drink menu, wine card, menu) is charged only for stamping 1,32,- € for 1 piece and the production of matrix is FREE. When selecting a universal logo, it is not possible to choose fonts and font size.
In case processed these conditions the contractual relationship will manage Code de commerce.
